I adore this series!

I first learned of this wonderful family through Old Town Nights. Linda Lee Williams introduces us to a family of vampires. If you ever saw my previous review, you know what kind of vampires they are. If not, I'll tell you now. These are a 'normal' family...Well, okay. Hold on. First off, there's no such thing as normal, and there's nothing normal about vampires.

Let's try this again.

Linda's Blood and Company series revolves around the lives of a vampire family. Now, these are not the vampires you're used to. They aren't vicious, brooding, or killers. They lead regular lives, other than being a vampire. I love Linda's world!

In Sister's of the Night, we get a glimpse of Gretchen, Juliana, and Emaline. So we have the pleasure of three different love stories all in one amazing book. Plus, we get to catch up with previous characters. Love that!

Gretchen and Bert- what a lovely couple! Bert is fickle and isn't always sure what he wants. Gretchen is strong willed but she loves him.

Juliana and Chad. I think I was most invested in these two, as they are married and Chad is struggling with things. I felt so much. Sometimes i was angry at him, really angry at him, but I like how he kept trying. I really felt for Juliana. The emotional roller coaster kept me totally engaged!

Emaline and Garrett. Okay, I wasn't sure how I felt about Emaline in book one, but getting an insight into her mind this time around, I liked her! I LOVE Garrett and his story. I'm glad these two found each other!

The family has struggles, highs and lows, and I felt I was right there along with them. Linda's stories always have so much going for them and I love her unique style. Can't wait for more!

First let me say I don't usually read books about vampires, but having read this author before I thought I would give it a try. This book was very engaging. It focuses on the lives and romances of 3 close friends. So close they are like "sisters". I did not read the first book in the series and I would say this stands by itself. I highly recommend it.

If you like Vampire stories that are full of horror, blood, and terror, then this book isn't for you. But if you think Vampires are people, too; then don't pass this one up. Read the whole series, in fact. You'll fall in love with them. Emaline, Heather, and Juliana are sisters in the best way--spiritually. They have a strong bond that ties them together--stronger than real sisters. They are beautiful, warm, loving; and oh yeah, they are Vampires. But they are lovable Vampires who go through the same things as human women. They know hurt, heartbreak, happiness, joy, and motherhood. I loved this story, and you will, too, if you like romances with just a little bit of a twist. These books have lots of romance but no gore. I love them.

Great read. I read the first one and truly loved it. The second one is every bit as enjoyable. It's such a different take on vampires and the series is quite imaginative and satisfying. If you are looking for a new take on an old story this series is definitely worth your time and energy.
Once again, author Linda Lee Williams kept me enthralled and turning the pages. I started Sisters of the Night and finished it the same night. I just couldn't put it down.

I'm not one to give anything away but if you love paranormal romances, you will absolutely LOVE Sisters of the Night!!!
I am a huge fan of Linda Lee Williams. This sequel to Old Town Nights can certainly stand on its own, but the series is so interesting, I suggest reading Old Town Nights too. I love these characters. The "sisters" are all so unique, but wonderfully supportive of each other. I can't wait for the next one.
This is the second book I have read from Linda Lee Williams and I am glad there is another one out there for me to enjoy. These three Sisters of the Night have a much better relationship than most sisters I know. Fiercely loyal, supportive and who aren't afraid to do a little nudging to get a fellow sister moving in the right direction. This book is a winner and its author deserves a gold medal!
In the first book of the series, Old Town Nights, we were introduced to Gretchen, Emaline and Juliana, a group of vampire hybrids. This book focuses on their stories. Each "sister" has her own challenges to face, and their romantic entanglements make this an excellent paranormal romance. The family angle, which Linda Lee Williams always includes in her work, gives us a unique take on the genre. Even if you read this book out of order, you'll find three extraordinary women with superpowers, who still deal with humanlike insecurities, ambitions and men who challenge their lifestyles. This novel contains drama, lots of sexy moments and intrigue.

Take a chance on Sisters of the Night. You won't regret it! )
